The bearded iris is the state flower of Tennessee and a favorite in our family. They mark the beginning of summer and who doesn't love that! Summer is the prime wedding season and an Iris Platter makes a lovely gift for the new couple.
- rolled slab white stoneware with thrown foot
- "iris" design is painted with handmade colored slips and carved
- 17.5" long, 8.5" wide, 1 1/2" tall
- two holes in the foot for hanging
- food, microwave and dishwasher safe, although hand-washing is best
- each piece is individually crafted by me and may vary slightly from the image shown here
